Voice Exchange is a community service to natively connect the industry’s “voice islands” through Voice over IP, enabling free calls between community members and globally negotiated PSTN termination rates.
It extends the current SITA Voice over IP service with a common voice framework, simplifying voice services for the ATI community, eventually removing per minute PTT telephone charges. VX creates a voice community / alliance for global cost savings, converging legacy voice infrastructure, IP Telephony, IP VPN and internet.

Voice Exchange offers ATI customers with a secure, simple and flexible telephone service connecting both legacy, new IP-enabled voice infrastructure as well as providing a business-grade, end to end IP telephony and softphone service. Both internet and SITA IPVPN networks can be leveraged to run Voice Exchange.
